Intro

I'm a senior researcher at Bosch's Research and Technology Center and an adjunct faculty in the Institute for Software Research at Carnegie Mellon University. My broad research interests are in the area of geographically distributed product development, socio-technical ecosystems and collaborative software engineering. My current research activities are focused on better understanding the product structure - organization structure relationship in large-scale distributed software development projects using empirical methods (see the Research page for descriptions of my current projects).

I received a BS in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional (Argentina) in 1996 and a MS in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000. I also received a MS and a PhD in Computation, Organizations and Society (COS) from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007.
